We respect your time. We will do our best to see you on time. In return, we would like you to keep your appointments on time also. If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform us 48 hours in advance.

We will do everything possible to help you get the maximum benefit from your coverage. However, please remember that your policy is a contract between you and the insurance company, not between them and us. We can only estimate the amount of coverage. The actual benefit cannot be determined until the insurance company has made a payment. The final responsibility of the payment remains with you, the patient.

Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered. If insurance is involved, we ask you to pay your estimated percentage. The actual percentage cannot be determined until your insurance company pays their portion of the claim. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Financing is available upon credit approval.

We will do our best to accommodate emergencies in our practice. However, because of our already scheduled patients, the wait may be longer than under normal circumstances.
